Can’t locate your CPR certification card?
Follow these simple tips below to find or reclaim your card.

Search your email, including your spam folder, for an email from no-eccreply@Heart.org or eCards@Heart.org to claim or reclaim your card.

Visit the Heart.org eCard search utility to find your card.

Text the word "eCard" to the number 51736 to resend the link to reclaim your eCard.
This option will only work if you provided your current phone number at the time of your class.

Call us if you’ve tried each of the steps above and still aren’t able to claim your card.
